Glorify's workshop process and outcomes are shown here in full. Wipro and Trane details are withheld under NDA.
What if a room full of senior leaders needed to separate what they knew from what they assumed?
By late 2023, Glorify's leadership had strong opinions about where the core experience should go next, but those opinions hadn't been tested against each other.
I designed and facilitated a workshop with senior leadership across Content, Design, Product, and Research to get those opinions on the table, then spent the following weeks turning what came out of that room into a set of prioritized research questions for the year ahead.

Senior stakeholders sharing a POV is different from senior stakeholders sharing a POV that can be acted on.
Participants worked through the three prompts individually before discussing as a group, which meant the conversation started from written positions instead of whoever spoke first. The room produced a wall of individual perspectives on product strengths, gaps, and personalization opportunities, along with a live discussion transcript capturing where people agreed, where they didn't, and why.

What came out of it
A workshop only pays off if someone turns the wall into a plan.
I synthesized the discussion into four themes for the year ahead. One traced a personalization assumption through four hypotheses to two research questions. Another narrowed three competing explanations for Listen Tab underuse into a testable question. Together they formed a research agenda covering need states, generational differences, Listen Tab, and missional goals.

Designit / Wipro Projects:
The same design and synthesis approach, applied under more constraint.
I've also designed and facilitated workshops in client settings where the material can't be shown in full.
At Wipro, I co-designed and co-facilitated a three-day design thinking workshop with 60+ participants that translated C-suite priorities into product direction.
At Trane, I ran a remote employee experience session that produced personas and a prioritized opportunity map used to shape the following phase of work.
